Hi my name is William Lim and I am a chef.
I started my culinary journey by working in hospitality as pot washer/kitchen hand and from there I started studying at Le Cordon Blue in Sydney.
During my first apprentice in Sofitel Hotel Sydney, I realized that I wanted more than just working in a hotel. I wanted to become a chef and eventually start my own restaurant.
